Welcome to the Beta Test Program for Your Kindness Corner — and thank you for helping shape our community platform before launch! 🎉 Beta testing helps us ensure that Your Kindness Corner works properly before we go live to the public.  

This page provides everything you need to:

  • Understand what beta testing involves
  • Know what to test
  • Report bugs or suggest improvements
  • Get support

Participation Guidelines

  • Report issues clearly, include steps to reproduce (screenshots/video helpful)
  • Be respectful and constructive in all communications
  • Keep feedback focused on the user experience, not technical solutions
  • Test regularly but do not share access publicly (closed beta)

Provide feedback on:

  • User Experience (UX): Is the platform intuitive? Is navigation smooth?
  • Functionality: Are all features working as expected?
  • Bugs: Any errors, glitches, broken links, or layout issues?
  • Design: Are fonts readable? Is the layout appealing?
  • Engagement: Do features encourage interaction and return visits?
  • Suggestions: Any tools or features you wish existed?
  • Navigated the platform via mobile
  • Navigated the platform via desktop

As a beta tester, you get early access and the opportunity to help us improve by:

  • Using the site as you normally would

  • Trying out specific features (samples listed below)

  • Sharing your feedback if something feels confusing, broken, or missing

  • Use a desktop and mobile device if possible

  • Take note of page loading speed

  • Click on buttons, forms, and links to test how they behave

  • Be honest — your insights are valuable!
